Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all bridal tags and protective elements remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
